L. C. Parker Real Estate was established in 1941 by L. C. Parker, 1901-1979, as a residential real estate company located in Wilmington, Delaware. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Parker acquired property on the Chesapeake Bay in Cecil County as a weekend retreat. During the late 1940’s and early 1950’s, offices were located in both Wilmington, DE and Cecilton, MD. In 1958, permanent residence was established in Cecil County and the Wilmington, DE office was closed. Since that time Cecilton has been the principal business location.

     The Company specializes in waterfront, residential and farm brokerage. The primary service area is for Cecil and Kent Counties in Maryland with extended coverage to include the Upper Eastern Shore of Maryland. However, the company does maintain licensing for Delaware as well.

     L. C. Parker Real Estate is now owned and operated by Steven C. Parker who is Broker of Record and is a licensed broker in both Maryland and Delaware. The company continues as a small, independent family owned business with an emphasis on personal service to meet the specialized needs of clients and customers.

     In addition to brokerage, the company also provides complete residential appraisal services as well. Steven C. Parker also serves as a licensed appraiser for the company.
